- The Bead Master charges a $2.50 (inc GST) packing and handling fee.
- Orders greater than $100 AUD in value are automatically sent via registered post and will incur an additional $2.50 charge.
Shipments within Australia are sent via: - Australia Post Standard Post
- Australia Post Overnight Express
- Australia Registered Post
International shipments are sent via: - Australia Post Air Mail
- UPS or DHL Express
Orders sent via standard post are not trackable and will not be replaced if lost.
Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy - All goods are examined at the time of packing to ensure that goods are not defective or damaged. Goods are packaged with care to minimise the risk of damage during delivery.
- We do not refund if you simply change your mind, so please choose your goods carefully.
- Clearance items, cut lengths and items sold by weight will not be exchanged or refunded. We are happy to exchange all other goods if goods are returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All exchanges are subject to a 20% handling charge. For exchange items, we require your name, trading name, telephone number, fax number, delivery address and reason for return.

- Orders sent via standard post are not trackable and will not be replaced if lost. Overnight Express and Registered Post parcels will be traced and recovered if possible. Please email our warehouse at sales@thebeadmaster.com.au if you have not received your parcel after the estimated date of arrival. Please quote your consignment number as provided with your dispatch notice.
- If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, please contact our warehouse at sales@thebeadmaster.com.au upon receipt.
